Dear participants,

The Design Modelling Symposium Berlin 2009 is now behind us.

Over 200 participants from more than ten different countries shows the great interest in a discourse on the various topics of digital design, parameterisation, form-finding and optimisation, and the possibilities of realising complex shapes and structures.

We thank you with all parties who have actively supported our idea of an interdisciplinary discourse of architecture, industrial design and engineering in Berlin. Another big thanks to our sponsors and partners, our media partners, all the speakers as well as our many volunteers.
