The large number of abstracts received allows per author only one presentation and only one paper to be included in the conference proceedings and programme.

Papers will only be accepted from individuals who are prepared to present them in person at the Symposium. In the case of multiple authors at least one author must be present. The payment of the registration fee will be checked.

Papers must be written and presented in English. The abstract and the extended abstract will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Board.

A decision about the presentation form (oral or poster) will be issued taking into consideration the authors wishes and the recommendations of the reviewer. Independent of the decision about poster or oral presentation, the full paper will be published in the proceedings.

The editors of the proceeding reserve the right not to include any paper that falls short of the standard required.
